岗位职责Position Responsibilities：
1.	Primary responsibility is to assist in the Sourcing organization with the overall supplier quality for new and existing products. Working according to the ASSA ABLOY standards, both in terms of Quality and Sustainability.
主要负责协助采购组织提高新产品和现有产品的整体供应商质量。在质量和可持续性方面，按照ASSA ABLOY集团标准工作。

2.	Responsible in the Business Area for the Supplier Audit process, reporting and result, both in terms of Sustainability Audit and Supplier Quality Process & System Audit. This includes performing Supplier Audits and track audit action items with suppliers and drives open action items to completion.
负责供应商审核流程、报告和结果，包括可持续性审核和供应商质量流程和体系审核。执行供应商审核并跟踪改善行动项目，推动供应商完成改善。

3.	Develop Supplier Quality plans together with the suppliers and Sourcing Team both in new product development projects and for existing parts. Guide suppliers to develop quality strategies for continuous improvement.
在新产品开发项目和现有零配件中，与供应商和采购团队一起制定供应商质量计划。指导供应商制定持续改进的质量策略。

4.	 Work with sourcing teams, selecting the right level supplier together with Sourcing responsible. Participate in the selection process which includes e.g. Stake Holder Meeting, Technical Reviews and auditing of the suppliers.
与采购团队合作，参与供应商选择。参与过程，包括利益相关者会议、技术审查和供应商审核。

5.	Responsible for the KPI “First time OK FAI/ Part Approval” in your supply base.
负责本地业务范围内供应商的首件认证。

6.	Secure that suppliers deliver products according to specification at the agreed time for new Sourcing activities/ Development projects and supplier transfers.
确保供应商在新采购活动/开发项目以及供应商转移活动中按约定时间、规格和品质要求交付产品。

7.	Responsible for the KPI “PPM” and utilizing it to prioritize the actions in the supply base. Assure the quality of purchased material through continuous monitoring and improving the supplier’s performance. 
负责KPI“PPM”，利用该KPI确定行动优先级。通过持续监控和改进供应商的绩效，确保采购材料的质量。

8.	Secure and drive containment actions and long-term solutions towards suppliers on non-conformities found in incoming inspection, production line or field claims. Assists manufacturing/quality engineers to analyze and identify supplier related issues and help in the testing and drive implementation of the most effective solutions in a timely manner.针对来料检验、生产线或现场索赔中发现的不符合项，确保并推动针对供应商的纠正措施和长期解决方案。协助制造/质量工程师分析和识别与供应商相关的问题，并帮助及时测试和推动实施最有效的解决方案。

9.	 Work with Category Managers to support Supplier Development process of Preferred and Partner suppliers.
与品类采购经理合作，支持首选供应商和合作伙伴供应商的供应商开发流程。

10.	Assist the Sourcing and logistics Team in the supplier consolidation process
在供应商整合过程中协助采购和物流团队

11.	Participate in VA/VE and other cost reduction activities
     参与VA/VE和其他降本工作

任职要求Qualifications：
	University or equivalent level of education (engineering and/or economics) and minimum 5 years’ experience within SQ/SD. 大学或同等学历（工程或经济学相关转移），至少5年质量管理工作经验。
	Excellent interpersonal communication skills. 优秀的人际沟通能力。
	English verbal and written communication skills. 英语口头和书面沟通能力。
	Looking for details and processes & procedures oriented. 
以细节、流程和程序为导向。
	Works well in a team environment in a Matrix Organization. 
在矩阵组织的团队环境中工作良好。
	Knowledge of and skills in Quality Management & Quality Control tools, Flow Diagram, (P)FMEA, 5WHY, 8D, Control Plan。
具备质量管理知识，熟练应用质量控制工具、流程图、（P）FMEA、5WHY、8D、控制计划等知识和技能。
	Knowledge of the product development cycle. 了解产品开发周期。
	Familiarity and experience from sheet metal industry required, experience from electronics/electro mechanics.
熟悉钣金行业并有相关经验，有电子/机电方面的经验。
	Experience in process of surface treatment, welding, cabinet assembly will be plus.
有表面处理、焊接、机柜组装经验者优先。
	Project Management Experience will be plus.
有项目管理经验者优先。
	Ability to anticipate contingencies and prepare creative solutions / alternatives.
具有一定预见突发事件的预见性，并能准备应变和解决或替代方案。
	Excellent Analytical, Problem Solving and Conflict Resolution skills.
