2.	Lead new instrument and automation system installation in Havana project

-	Work with global and local team on new instrument and automation installation
-	和国内外的团队一起配合完成仪表自动化系统的安装
-	Build up the know-how of new instrument and automation system for training and daily work
-	建立新的仪表自动化系统的知识体系用于培训和日常工作
-	Work out preventive maintenance plan for the new instrument and automation system
-	制定新的仪表自动化系统的预防性维护计划
-	Prepare training document of the new instrument and automation system
-	准备新仪表和自动化系统的培训文件
-	Participate the future technical revamp
-	参与将来的技术改造

3.	Lead instrument and automation maintenance in production
带领仪表自动化维修
-	Troubleshoot and repair equipment failures, analyse failures and make suggestions to prevent reoccurrence
-	处理和修理设备故障，分析故障，提出改进建议防止故障的重复发生
-	Maintain and continually improve performance of the above in conjunction with process control and production departments
-	和工艺，生产保持配合，持续改进设备效率
-	Optimize the control system，increase the process control efficiency 
-	优化控制系统，提高过程工艺控制效率
-	Contact with subcontractor for maintenance issue
-	联系承包商处理维护问题

4.	Lead maintenance plan relevant to instrument and automation 
带领制定仪表自动化相关的体系文件系统
-	Prepare the instrument drawing document management system
-	准备仪表图纸和资料的文件管理系统
-	Responsible for environment instrument preventative and predictive maintenance procedures to ensure environment performance 
-	负责环保仪表的预防性和预测性的维护计划，确认最优的环保绩效
-	Carry out tasks of preventative maintenance as defined by the preventative maintenance system
-	执行预防性维护计划中定义的维护任务
-	Facilitate document audit of the management system，include the measurement instrument and pressure gauge calibration
-	配合体系的文件审查，包括计量仪表和压力校验

5.	MRO spare parts management and tool warehouse management.
备品备件的管理和工具库的管理
-	Build the instrument and automation spare parts master data
-	建立仪表自动化备件的主数据
-	Responsible for the MRO GI GR and IM  procedure
-	负责备件的入库，出库和盘点
-	Maintenance Tool Management
-	维修工具管理


Required profile:
职位要求：
1.	Batchelor degree in automation Engineering related
本科以上学历，自动化相关专业
2.	More than 10 years’ experience in instrument or automation maintenance and preventative maintenance.
10年以上仪表自动化维护和预防性维护工作经验
3.	At least have 5 years’ SIS work experience
至少5年以上安全仪表系统工作经验
4.	Rich experiences in different device for PCS system, WinCC, touch panel, transmitters, automation valve, MES
对于不同的设备，如PCS7系统，WinCC和触摸屏，变送器，自动化阀门，MES有丰富的维护经验
5.	Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills in instrument and automation of reactor, filter press, vacuum dryer, pump
对于不同的化工设备，如反应器，压滤机，真空干燥机，泵的仪表自动化系统较强的问题处理和解决的能力
6.	Chemical safety training courses preferable
参加过化工安全培训
7.	Strong written and verbal interpersonal skills to communicate effectively and successfully in English
良好的书面和口头英语表达能力，能够与人有效的沟通
8.	If there is experience in participating in new construction project or even technical revamp projects, it will be added as a sub item
